Jewelry Care
To maintain your piece:
- Clean using only warm water, mild soap, and a soft toothbrush.
- Always store jewelry in its original box when not in use.
- Remove before bathing, sleeping, or exercising.
- Hard surfaces can scratch jewelry. Avoid wearing rings at the gym.
Gemstones and diamonds require occasional maintenance. Avoid dropping or exposing them to impact or sudden temperature changes.
Silver naturally oxidizes over time. This patina can be removed using silver-specific cleaning solutions or a polishing cloth. Wearing your silver jewelry regularly helps keep it bright. Matte and brushed finishes may become shinier with wear.
Design
Each Berhel piece is individually handcrafted. Variations in stone tones, shapes, textures, and finishes are intentional and part of the design process. Images on www.berhel.com aim to represent each product, but color may vary depending on screen settings.
Order processing time
All Made to order items are individually made and may take 4–8 weeks before shipping. If you're unsure about a specific item's timing, feel free to contact us directly.
Delivery times
Domestic orders (Finland) are shipped via Posti and typically arrive in 1–3 business days. International orders are shipped via DHL Express. Please allow up to 7 days for international deliveries. Shipping times may be longer during holiday periods.
Final delivery cost is shown at the checkout.
Prices are shown in local currency. Customers outside the European Union (EU) are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or VAT applicable in their country.
We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control.
Returns & Exchanges
You may return ready-made items within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unused and returned in original packaging. Custom-made and made-to-order items are final sale and not eligible for return. Gift cards are non-refundable.
Before sending a return, contact us. Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the item was incorrect or faulty. Refunds are processed after inspection and may take time depending on your payment provider.
Payments
We accept common payment methods such as Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna. All transactions are securely processed via Stripe.
Made to Order / Bespoke Work
Custom pieces are non-returnable and non-changeable once production begins. This includes alterations to size, finish, gemstone selection, or metal type. A 50% deposit is required to confirm any bespoke order. Deposits are non-refundable.
Ring resizing is subject to a minimum charge of €100, excluding return shipping, taxes, or customs fees. If the original size was determined by our team, one resizing is free. Contact us within 14 days of delivery for any resizing requests. Resizing may not be possible for all models and is limited to one time per piece.
We reserve the right to decline repairs or resizing if the piece has been altered by a third party.
Manufacturing defects are repaired free of charge (excluding shipping or duties). Other repairs may incur a fee.
Product Availability
All available items are shown in the webshop. Due to simultaneous orders, an item may sell out before being updated on the site. If this occurs, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
Prices and availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to update or discontinue services at any time.
Legal & Jurisdiction
Finnish law applies to all transactions. Disputes will be resolved in the District Court of Helsinki, unless resolved otherwise.
